Where to shop
Polperro is a small Cornish fishing village - but tucked away amongst its attractive cottages are a number of interesting shops. There is no supermarket, big or small in Polperro (there's no room!) but there are a selection of traditional shops which cater for the everyday needs of residents and visitors - newsagent, post office, grocer, fruiterer and greengrocery, butcher, baker...
But no candlestickmaker? Well there may be, because in addition to the "everyday" shops, there are a small number of high quality specialist shops, where you may well find that special gift or memento. You may not be able to "shop till you drop" in Polperro, but there's no reason to go home empty-handed!

Our shop has a mixture of quality clothing and interesting antiques
We sell Guernsey and Cornish fishermen's sweaters, Cornish smocks and a range of Barbour jackets and fleeces, plus a wide range of waterproofs and casual clothing.
On the antique side, we have a varied mixture of good quality furniture, country pine, silver, ceramics, brassware and much more.
